Entobase is an AI-powered FinTech which enables users to instantly access personalized loan offers from 100+ lenders. We also enable any business to embed (for free) our lending solutions and provide its customers with instant access to a wide range of loan offers.

We are looking for an Director, SME Sales to join our team. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass assigned SME sales targets. Identify and target high-value SME prospects within the designated territory.
  • Build strong relationships with SME decision-makers, understanding their specific financial needs.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Entobase’s AI-powered lending platform.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with SMEs, ensuring alignment with company terms and conditions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on SME trends and industry challenges.
  • Coach and mentor team members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress towards targets, and measure the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
  • Track team performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Representing Entobase at industry events and functions, promoting the company’s solutions.

Requirements: 

  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the B2B or FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Experience in selling complex financial products or services would be a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to SMEs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in salesforce automation (SFA) tools and CRM systems.
  • Data analysis skills to interpret sales data and identify trends. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
